		<description>Stephen, I think as a whole we are a nation of people who know longer take responsibility for ourselves, we expect others to fix it for us.  I firmly believe that we are responsible for 100% of our lives.  When I act responsibly people trust me, when I do not, they do not trust me.

That holds true for Organization too our trust is built on their responsibility.
